Rainham Medical Centre
A steel form structure of 140 tonnes erected over RC ground beams on a former brown field site. The floor system was fast track metal decking used on the three upper floors. Erected with a tower crane with the buildings foot print covering 80% of the site.

Ellesmere Nursing Home
This building has around 120 tonnes of steel with some lightweight steelwork over RCX pre-cast slab floors at the rear with metal decking at the front half of the building on 4 floors plus plant room. Tight fabrication and erection tolerances helped keep wall thicknesses down even with extensive pretensions and bracing fitted within the wall cavities. Line and level tolerance was +/- 5mm end to end distances.

145 tonnes. Fast track metal decking on 3 floors plus a hidden plant room within the roof space. The design asked for half of the upper floor roof steel to be left as a visible feature showing an intricate metallic faceted roof detail with clean lines.

A substantial steel framed building of 186 tonnes of structural steelwork covering the sites footprint.

The building was over three floors and featured a curved façade on one elevation. The structure was erected over R.C ground beams using a mobile crane operating from within a partial road closure. The pre-cast flooring slabs were laid in a planned sequence with the steelwork which allowed other trades access to progress there works with minimal delays.
