Temporary support steel to enable the construction of the new basement section of a new mixed use development.
We supplied temporary steelwork, CHS props and UB walers. The steelwork was delivered to suit the erection sequence as the excavation progressed. As part of the top down construction of the basements we supplied shear collar floor supports to fit to the plunge columns.
There were 2no crane support bases, made up of large plate girders 2100mm x 500mm. These were supplied and erected to take the tower cranes that serviced the site. The temporary loading gantries were also supplied and erected to enable deliveries and collections
